CRI will set up your trailer checking program to give you actionable data in
a timely manner. Whether it's first show checks to ensure trailer placement at
high-profile theatres, special audience reaction, or large-scale trailer checking on a blockbuster release,
CRI's trailer management team will staff to accommodate your needs in order to
provide you with the time-sensitive trailer information you're
looking for.
All trailer checking results can be accessed through CRI's secure
website, with hardcopy results delivered to your offices on the next
business day following the checks. CRI understands the critical nature
of trailer information, and will work with you to provide reporting
to meet your schedule.
SEATING CAPACITY CHECKS
Need to confirm the seating capacity you expect from your major releases? CRI's representatives will count seats, not just rely on posted seating capacities. Seating capacity results will be provided electronically on the day following the checks.
SNEAK PREVIEW CHECKS
CRI's checkers will attend sneak previews to evaluate attendance, audience reactions,
manager opinions, demographics, and more. CRI recognizes the time-sensitive nature
of these checks, and provides your reporting
when you want it.
IN-THEATRE MARKETING RESEARCH
Audits and surveys to evaluate pre-feature programs, observational reports and exit polling of patrons. Full services provided from design to analysis.
OPEN CHECKS
CRI's open checkers will be at the theatres counting patrons and collecting box
office information to protect your grosses.
LOBBY CHECKS
Need to confirm placement of your promotional materials? CRI can determine if
your materials are up, or if not, why not. This
service can be added to any of the above services for a tag-on rate, or can be
conducted as a stand-alone check. Like all other services, you
determine timing of reporting.
BLIND CHECKS
CRI checkers will covertly attend showtimes to observe attendance and any other
"special" observations you require.
FULL SERVICE OPEN AND BLIND CHECKING
In addition to the Open and Blind checking described above, CRI's trained and professional in-house staff will vigorously review box office reports to checker reports, reporting to you any underreporting and/or potential red flags pointing to underreporting. CRI's thorough analysis goes beyond comparing patrons counted to tickets sold—we scrutinize ticket prices, handling procedures, free passes and promotions, and any other potential underreporting problems. |
